Montreal Friends

Montreal was my home in Canada for several years. It is one of the most quirky and happening cities in the World, and a great place to play! Here are just some of the people who made my life there so wonderful!

Bad hair on the road to a Princeton conference with fellow acedemics. Yup, that`s me with the fine pink do!

Chris is an eighties-freak like me and alot of fun. We enjoyed an awsome road trip from LA through Arizona and the Sierra Nevada to Vegas and San Francisco together one Winter. He is the biggest ABBA fan I've ever met and a hilarious performer. He's now head of housekeeping at a hospital in Montreal.

Jennifer Dales and I were frequent classmates at Concordia University. Afternoon discussions with her were always a joy.

I lived with Dominic Brunet for a year in a
massive old walk-up on Rue Ontario and
St Denis. He is an inspired photographer
and a really fun guy. He now operates his
own digital imagery business.

Steve Stretch taught me all my favorite bad habits, and made me laugh constantly for years. He moved out West in 1995.

Lily Petrovic is one of my favorite people in the world. She is bright, fun-loving and caring. We lived in the same shabby building on the Plateau for a spell and shared some wonderful times. She bacame a philosophy major too and now teaches Humanities at Vanier College. I miss her.

This is me looking even more ridiculous than usual. Montreal has always been about outfits and parties!

(Left) This is RJ with Gilbert on his left. I've hung out with RJ in Montreal, Vancouver, Kuala Lumpur, Hamilton, York and Seoul. He's a bit of an oddball, but ya gotta love him! He and Gilbert bought a house in Montreal in 2001, and Jai Moon and I visited them there in July, 2002.
